Joins Phase To of Canada, Inc.October 1, 2004 -- Phase To of Canada, Inc. is please to announce the hiring of John Cmar, P. Eng. as Director of Engineering Services. Mr. Cmar, is a graduate from the University of Windsor and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has more than 35 years of management and engineering experience in the automotive industry. Mr. Cmar has worked for General Motors Corporation for the past 25 years after a tenure of 10 years at Chrysler Corporation and Ford Motor Company. In addition to serving as a Production Superintendent at the GM Windsor Transmission Plant, Mr. Cmar has also supervised: product launches for new powertrain programs, mechanical facilities installations and paint process installations. Mr. Cmar brings considerable experience in Manufacturing Management and Plant Engineering to PTI. His skills in the areas of engineering design, statistical process control quality management and continuous improvement processes are a welcome addition to the Phase To team.
