EDITOR’S MESSAGE - Volume 1.2 - September 2005 Phase To, Inc. would like to thank our reader’s for the very positive response to our debut issue in March. This issue has been a little slow in being released, but I think the wait will be worth it as we again try to expand our reader’s knowledge and understanding of Noise and Acoustics. We received several requests for subscriptions after the release of the debut issue and we hope this issue will have a similar response. This issue brings interesting prospective from our principals, partners and associates on topics ranging from Flexible Workforce Hearing Conservation Programs to noise control materials such as acoustical panels and windows. We will be releasing another issue in only a couple of short months.
