David
S. Cmar, a co-founder and owner of Phase To, Inc. is a expert in the
field of Noise Control Engineering and Management and is a full member
of the Institute of Noise Control Engineers. In addition to
responsibilities with Phase To, Inc., Mr. Cmar is also the President/CEO
of Phase To of Canada, Inc.
Mr.
Cmar, upon graduation from the University of Windsor with a degree
in Mechanical Engineering, and has been actively involved in the field of
industrial noise management and environmental noise since 1993.
He has participated in and supervised numerous projects and consulting
engagements and has developed a reputation as an expert in noise control
for the automotive metal fabricating industry and has been instrumental
in resolving OSHA citations for companies in industry.
Mr. Cmar has served as the Senior Consultant to the General Motors Metal
Fabrication Division. In addition to his experience in the automotive
industry, he has provided expertise in noise control engineering and
management programs for the automotive, agricultural equipment, brewing,
material handling and petro-chemical industries.
A member of
several professional organizations, Mr. Cmar is active in promoting
interest in the field of noise and vibration through affiliations with
the Air & Waste Management Association, Automotive Industry Action
Group, and the Canadian Acoustical Association.
